I’ve been quiet on the blog and on social media this week. It’s because I’ve been doing “The Master Cleanse” which is a 10 day detox diet. (It’s also known as the “Lemonade Diet” but “Lemonade” is a VERY GENEROUS word for this concoction that involves lemon and cayenne pepper.) BUT, today is Day #6! Next week I plan to write more about the Detox diet AND let you read my day-by-day diary of how the cleanse went. For now, suffice it to say that I am REALLY looking forward to being back on a regular diet next week! The countdown is ON! I had way more fun putting together this menu plan than I’ve ever had menu planning… mostly because I’m dreaming about how wonderful all that good food is going to taste next week! This week’s menu has all my favorites!
As usual, there is a link up at the bottom of this post for bloggers to link up their whole foods menu plans (and recipes). Bloggers are welcome to use the graphics in your menu planning posts when you join in the linky party. If you’re a blogger, click here for the Flavorful Friday graphics that you are welcome to use when you link up. Participation Guidelines can also be found on that page.
