  • 1 package gluten free pasta (we prefer quinoa)
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ - ½ cup nutritional yeast Flakes
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. When pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and rinse. Set aside.
  3. Saute garlic in olive oil.
  4. Pour noodles into the pot with the sauteed garlic. Reheat the noodles (if necessary) until the noodles are hot.
  5. Add salt, parsley and nutritional yeast flakes.
Can be served hot or cold
