Have you ever done something really simple… and been ridiculously pleased with yourself over it? Well that's me today. FarmGirl and I have been really enjoying our Lilla Rose Flexi Clips. In fact, they're the only hair clips we use now and they do a terrific job holding our hair in place all day long without hairspray. We are building up quite a collection. The only problem has been figuring out how to store the clips so that they're handy when we need them.
Well. Enter my super-simple-thrift-store solution!
I found this rack at the thrift store for $2.48 cents. As soon as I saw it I just knew it was made to be a Lilla Rose Flexi Clip holder! (Ok, I think it's actually a coffee mug holder… but it works great for the Flexi clips!)
I use each “arm” of the rack to hold a different size. The minis and extra small clips get stored at the bottom (you can see we don't have as many of those ones!), the Large ones go at the top (to give them room to hang down) and the mediums go in the middle (because we have so many in that size that they take up 2 arms!) We don't have any of the Extra Large or Mega clips and we don't have the bobby pins, O-rings or headbands, so we don't have to worry about where to store those.
How do you store your flexi clips? Tell me in the comments!
